Initial Consultation
After booking your initial naturopathic consultation I will email you instructions on how to connect to your online consultation along with a health questionnaire. This will need to be completed and returned at least two days prior to your appointment time. Additionally, your latest blood test results can also be sent through if necessary. This information allows me to start working on your case prior to the consultation.
Following your consultation I will forward you a comprehensive health plan which will include dietary and lifestyle advice as well as any recommendations for nutritional or herbal supplements. Occasionally I will suggest you undertake pathology testing to provide a more complete picture of your current state of health.
Follow-Up Consultation
Follow-up consultations are normally advised after 4 weeks to see how you’re going with the recommendations and to make any adjustments as necessary. However this could be earlier or later depending on your individual needs and health care goals.
