I’m a clinical naturopath, herbalist, nutritionist, educator and health writer with over 10 years of experience in both clinical and academic settings. I graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2006 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and my academic achievement was recognised by the Golden Key International Honour Society.

In addition to a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, my qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science at Macquarie University in Sydney, a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Endeavour College and a Certificate IV in Training and Education.

My experience as a naturopath has included working at a holistic medical centre alongside one of Australia’s leading integrative doctors, consulting with clients at a successful allergy clinic and running my own private practice. I have also worked for several years as an educator in naturopathy and health sciences at a leading tertiary education institution.

I am passionate about informing people and leading them to make healthier food and lifestyle choices and in addition to my clinical practice I have guided a wider audience through my consumer health writing, with articles published on a diverse range of topics, including the naturopathic and nutritional management of specific health conditions, functional foods, phytotherapy, and orthomolecular medicine. I have also worked as a copy writer and editor for various health clinics, supplement manufacturers and educational institutions.
